Auto Scroll
Support
Short answers. If it still will not scroll, the last section is for you.
Start
Open a normal website. Click the Auto Scroll icon. Sign in with Google once. Press Start. The page should move. A small pill appears in the bottom-right of the page while it runs.
Pause · slower · speed · faster · stop
Read vs Feed
Read glides the page at a set speed. Use it for articles, lyrics, docs, recipes, sheet music.
Feed jumps to the bottom, waits for more to load, then jumps again. Use it on Instagram, YouTube, Reddit, and other infinite lists. It always goes down. It stops if nothing new appears.
Left and Right are for wide tables and spreadsheets. They stay quiet under Up / Down.
Keys
- EscStop
- Alt+SStart or pause
- Alt+UpFaster
- Alt+DownSlower
Remap them in chrome://extensions/shortcuts.
Trial and $10
First sign-in starts a 3-day trial. After that, Unlock $10 in the popup. One payment. No subscription. Pay during the trial if you want; you do not have to wait for it to end.
It will not scroll this tab
Chrome blocks every extension on:
- the Chrome Web Store
- chrome:// pages (settings, new tab, extensions)
- PDFs and file:// pages
That is Chrome, not Auto Scroll. Open a normal http or https page.
If the tab was already open when you installed or reloaded the extension, press Reload this tab in the popup, or refresh the page once.
I paid but it still says trial
After Stripe says you are in, open the Auto Scroll icon again. If it still looks unpaid, reopen the success page with the checkout session still in the URL, or write us with the email you used to sign in.
Feedback
In the popup, Send feedback. That is the fastest way to tell us what you use it for. No name is attached.
Still stuck
Say what page you were on (a normal site, not chrome://), Read or Feed, and what you saw. Use Send feedback in the extension, or the support email on the Chrome Web Store listing.
